Secondly, you will want to allocate enough internal resource to accomplish your social media goals. If your small business or organization does not have enough internal resources you may want to consider hiring a social media assistant.

Then, you will want to create a social media policy for your small business or organization. And finally, make sure your social media team communicates effectively with the rest of the company or organization.
